Wedding
lists are a useful way of helping your friends and family feel that
they are giving you something that you actually need and will cherish.
When considering what to put on your list, you should include some
things that you need and some things that you'd just really love
to have; after all, it's not everyday that you can go shopping for
things that someone else will get you!
The best way to let your guests know about your wedding list is
to put a little card into your wedding invitation which tells them
that the list is held in the shop. Alternatively you can use the
'Tell a Friend' facility
on this website. This way, your guests don't have to ring around
to find out if you have one. However, it does mean that you should
have your list organised before your invitations go out. So plan
to do this 3 to 5 months before your wedding date.
