The edition is limited to 224 pieces, which was his entry number for the event.

Ayrton Senna was the ultimate 'Hero@ for many race fans and when he was lost from the sport I seriously contemplated retiring. I was not sure if anything could ever be funny again.
Well I carried on and I'm grateful to the Senna Foundation and to Clive Chapman, for approving this tribute piece.
It celebrates Ayrton's first Grand Prix win, which was at Estoril (Portugal) in 1985. The event also gave him his first pole position and it gave us absolute proof of his mastery in the wet.

All of my ''Heroes'' editions support a motorsport charity. This one is the first to support the Motorsport Safety Fund and Sir Stirling was happy to dedicate it to such an important organisation.
